What Do You Do To Keep Yourself Fit And Healthy?
Andy, one of my friend asked me this question today morning. I saw at him and mumbled in his ear " My dear friend there are few natural rules, if you follow them you will also look fit and healthy "

Few months back while reading a newspaper i came across these helpful fitness tips, let's see what are those.



22 Health Tips To Keep You Fit

1) Which water should we drink in the morning? - Warm Water.

2) What is the actual method to drink water? -  Sip By Sip

3) How many times should we chew food while eating? - 32 times ( I know in today,s fast life we can't, but at least chew food properly)

4) When should we eat heavy food? - In The Morning

5) At what time breakfast should be done? - Within 2.5 Hours after sunrise.

6) What should we drink with morning breakfast? - Juice

7) What should we drink with lunch? - Buttermilk

8) What should we drink with dinner? - Milk

9) When should we not eat tart fruit? - At Night

10) When Should We Eat Ice Cream? - Once In A Month

11) After how much time should we eat food taken out from refrigerator? - After One Hour

12) Should we drink Cold drink? - My personal opinion is NO. I drink cold drink once in a month.

13) By What Time we can eat food once it is prepared? - Within 2-3 Hours

14) At dinner how much food we have to consume? - 50% stomach should be empty after dinner

15) What is the perfect time for dinner? - Within One Hour After Sunset

16) What to do after breakfast, lunch and dinner? - After Breakfast Work, After Lunch 10 minutes of Nap, After Dinner Walk :)

17) When should we go to bed? - In between 9-10 PM or 1.5 Hours After Dinner.

18) When should we drink tea?
I generally prefer NO tea. But once is a day is OK.

19) Milk should be taken with? -
Turmeric Powder

20) When should we drink water kept in gold vessel ? - In Winter season.

21) When should we drink water kept in copper vessel? - In Monsoon Season.

22) When should we drink water kept in mud vessel? - In Summer Season
