Let's see how to start blogger blog. For that you need to have existing google account or you need to create a new one at www.blogger.com

1) When you Login using your google account press " New Blog " button.
2) It will ask for Title. Write your desired title for your blog.
3) Then you will have to choose your blog url. It will be like blogname.blogspot.com
You can also add a custom domain later.
4) After selecting template press "Create blog"

Once you create a blog you can start creating posts.
