Luck of a person sit idle, if he didn't do anything. If he leaves his laziness, luck will also start to walk.
Development from four leg animal to two leg human took near about lac of years. After that he continues walking. One year child put forward his first leg just to walk for whole life.
Fully natural and easy work is walk.Walking spread Happiness in whole body, And it is also One Type Of Exercise.
Neither any special training nor any reservations(like other games) required for walking. If someone is there to walk with us is well and good, but if no is there then also we can walk.
Now there are different types of walk
- Strolling :- If you walk easily, with slow speed for 15 minutes, you can cover 1 km distance.
- Brisk Walking :-If you speed up little bit more in 10 minutes you can cover 1 km distance.
- Aerobic Walking :- 1 km in 8 minutes, we can say it aerobic walking.
After lunch or dinner if you want a proper digestion, then you have to follow strolling. But if you want exercise then brisk Walking is best.
To loose your weight you have to walk daily 30 minutes. In a week if you are doing strength training then remaining days you have to walk for 40-50 minutes.
Time for a walk should be in morning or evening, Morning is generally preferred because pollution level is very low in morning. And morning walk will boost your energy level to work for whole day... Isn't it...
Someone should prefer to walk in clean, quite area. Walking near by Hills, lake, and nature is well and good. Don't worry, if you don't have this facility you can start early in the morning when there is less crowd of vehicles,.
Your cloths while walking is depend on the season, but it should be comfortable and made of cotton.
Most important is your walking shoes. When you go for shopping specially for shoes, go in the evening. In evening our foot size is little bit more than any other time. Base of shoe should be strong and heavy, but still that shoe should be light weight. Why we choose walking shoes because their basement is made like you will never slip with that shoes.

Wait a minute. Before you start a walk stretch yourself for 2-3 minutes (surya-namskar is best option for that).
While walking your body parts should be in particular angle
Eyes - Straight Forward
Neck - Straight
Back Bone - Straight
Chest - little bit ahead
Shoulder - little bit Stretched Backward
Hands - Easy Moment And free
Legs - First Land Your toes while walking.
While walking your head should not lean downward, if you lean your head downward your shoulders and back bone will also lean downward. Your walking style will disturb and cause pressure on waist.
In special cases like people with heart, blood pressure, diabetes should consult
with their doctors before start walking regularly.
While walking if you feel pain in heart, uneasiness stop there and take a deep breath. Don't forget to tell to the doctor.
